Trade Information

Place your trade order with us. Please note, the minimum order value is £150. For your first order, full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Once your first order with us is completed, you'll receive an email with a partner discount code to use on any subsequent orders. You may choose to use this code to discount 100% of your payment, so that your order can be processed by invoice within *a specified number of* days.

Goods may only be returned by a formal agreement between the seller and purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for carriage expenses and risk.

 

Any dispute will be settled under English law in the courts of London who are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale. The above terms and conditions may vary without notice.

RETURNS:

Goods are transported at the risk of the customer in all cases. Any breakages / damages / discrepancies must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt and confirmed in writing within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of this notification within the specified time.

DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER:

Payment by bank transfer in advance of dispatch.

TERMS OF PAYMENT (OVERSEAS):

For orders within the UK mainland below £150  the customer shall pay £25 for transport, packing and insurance. For orders above £150, the customer will not be charged carriage. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
